The aim is to create new, affordable housing in the cities by redensifying them without sealing new areas. This is achieved by building over car parks, which offer previously unused potential. The following innovative, new pilot project “Living on Top” shows what this redensification above the car park can look like and what quality of life and advantages this new form of housing brings with it.
